President
Vin Carrano is the President of Fenichey LLC and represents the third generation of the Carrano family in the transportation industry, with family roots in logistics dating back to 1991. He founded Fenichey’s freight brokerage operation in 2012 and today leads the company’s strategy, growth, and development of new services and partnerships.
Director of Customer Relationships
James Carrano represents the fourth generation of the Carrano family in transportation and serves as Fenichey’s Director of Customer Relationships. He oversees customer operations and service performance, working closely with Fenichey’s agents to strengthen customer relationships and ensure responsive, reliable service.
Director of Network Transactions
Stephen Carrano represents the fourth generation of the Carrano family in transportation and serves as Fenichey’s Director of Network Transactions. He oversees carrier-related operations, accounts payable, and the transactional processes that support Fenichey’s agents and carrier network.
Director of Agent Development
Phil Henrie serves as Fenichey’s Director of Agent Development, bringing decades of transportation experience and a strong background in building and supporting independent freight agent networks. As a member of Fenichey’s leadership team, Phil is responsible for recruiting experienced freight professionals, helping new agents successfully transition to Fenichey, and developing the company’s nationwide agent network.
